Here they feature striking teachers trying to persuade taxpayers that they aren’t really striking, just engaging in political action — and spotlight a teacher who pays lip service-regret over students being robbed of education and then exults that the capitol protests are “good for teachers.” Takeaway: Big Labor continues to threaten a statewide strike.
Another fun fact: The Wisconsin teachers’ union is recruiting out-of-state protesters from Illinois (the new sanctuary for Wisconsin Democrat legislators) . Will Wisconsin taxes pay for the shuttle service?
